Using KovaPDF does not change who owns your files. You keep all rights in what you upload and in the results. You can use the results in any way, including commercially, without crediting us.

We do not claim any rights in your documents. We process them only to give you the result, as described in the Terms of Use. Documents you share through Request Signatures or a public signing link are stored on our servers so the people you invite can open them, until you delete them.

The KovaPDF name, logo, design, text and software belong to us or are used with permission. Without our written permission, please do not:

• copy our design or content into another product or website;
• use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or partner with you;
• rebrand or resell the service as your own.

• Link to KovaPDF from anywhere.
• Write about us, including reviews and tutorials, and use screenshots with credit.
• Say that a file was made “with KovaPDF”, as long as it does not suggest we endorse it.
• Use screenshots for teaching and internal training.

You must have the right to do what you do with a file here, such as editing it, removing a watermark or extracting its text. KovaPDF does not review the content of users’ files, so we cannot check this for you.

If you think something on our site, or a document shared through our signing features, infringes your copyright, see Reporting Copyright Violations. We can disable access when we are notified.
